It now seems, after nearly six years, Royal Caribbean International will finally be able to take the delivery of their very long awaited new cruise ship. This ship, the Oasis of the Seas, will be delivered from STC Europe in Turku, Finland.

Royal Caribbean has already been well known for adding a lot of revolutionary features to their ships. This includes things like a surf simulator, ice skating rinks, rock climbing, whirlpools, and so on. However, Royal Caribbean promises that the Oasis of the Seas is going to have a range of new attractions and engineering marvels to impress even the most jaded cruise traveler.

One of the new things that the Oasis of the Seas will introduce includes the neighborhood concept. This is set up in seven themed areas, providing guests with different opportunities to seek out relevant experiences based on their own personal taste and mood. Some of the neighborhoods that will be on board include: Royal Promenade, Pool and Sports Zone, Central park, Entertainment Place, and Youth Zone.

The ship will also have an AquaTheater. This is a place that will serve as a pool by day and then a theater by night. There are a lot of different culinary experiences for guests to try out on the cruise ship as well.

In America, this new ship will be introduced in November, just in time for the United States holiday Thanksgiving. Here the Oasis of the Seas will be unveiled on the hit ABC news show, Good Morning America. They will be there to welcome the ship into its first home port in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
