Flybe and Hahn Air Form Interline Partnership

Flybe, a regional airline, has shown their commitment of interline electronic ticketing in a new partnership deal with Hahn Air. With this deal, the interline electronic ticketing partners that Flybe has is now up to 14, which they claim is unique for a budget airline. Their list includes carriers such as Singapore Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, and Emirates Airlines. Flybe also says that they are now working on even more new projects.
Stephen Hobday, the head of sales at Flybe, commented that they continue to pursue and implement their interline electronic ticketing projects, as it endorses their commitment to their fellow partners and the services they offer to their customers alike, and now passengers can enjoy being able to travel with an interline ticket with their bags getting checked through to wherever their final destination is, making their transit with Flybe a great experience. Their latest partnership with Hahn Air is more than just a particularly important and exciting additional channel for distribution for the them, because with the capability of interlining with a number of airlines, they are now available for customers to book virtually worldwide, which exposes the Flybe product and brand to audiences all around the world, he concluded.
Anja Randloff, the Director of Sales and Marketing at Hahn Air, added that their new founded interline deal with Flybe will give more than 60,000 travel agents benefits. For Flybe, this will open several new markets, while increasing the airline’s BSP presence globally, he continued, and travel agents in nearly 100 different countries can use HR/169 electronic tickets now to issue flights for Flybe.
