by Fiona Scott September 25th, 2009
It now seems that a brand new Premier Inn hotel will be opening in Brentwood. With the opening of this hotel, it will create 30 new local jobs. The Lord Alan Sugar’s Amstrad office, which is on Kings Road, has now been converted over into this Premier Inn hotel. It is to open today, September 25, and the hotel is hoping for a good opening weekend.
This Premier Inn will feature 122 bedrooms, which will be starting at £58 per night. Moreover, the hotel will also be featuring a restaurant and a contemporary bar.
The Premier Inn Brentwood general manager, Cihan Gokensel, said that they are delighted to bring a brand new Premier Inn into Brentwood. He went on to say that they look forward to welcoming their guests and hope that people will come in to enjoy a meal or to stay the night. Gokensel did note that the hotel is perfectly situated for both business and leisure travelers that are looking for a great value on nice accommodations. These rooms are perfect for people that do not want to compromise quality for value.
The Premier Inn has also signed up with a Local Employment Partnership with Jobcentre Plus. The account manager for Jobcentre Pluse, Debbie Young, said that it is just great for new jobs to be brought into this area during this hard time. She went on to say that they have been working closely with Premier Inn to make sure that they understand all of the requirements that they are looking for.
