Members of the Hilton HHonors program are getting more rewards these days thanks to a program that allows them to receive bonus points that can be used towards accommodations or airfare. The enhanced program will run until November 30th 2008.
Between now and the cut off date those participating in the program will be rewarded with one bonus mile for ever $10 spent at a participating Hilton owned hotel . In addition, participants staying at certain hotels in the chain will be awarded with double the traditional Air Miles. While some travelers will use their bonus points for their own benefit others may choose to donate the points to a charitable organization. According to Hilton’s Sr. Vice President the company is “constantly looking for ways to enhance Hilton HHonors and give HHonors members a flexible and rewarding experience.”
Hilton isn’t the only company providing extra incentives to loyal customers. Members of the Fairmont Hotels President’s Club receive extra airline miles. Fairmont also allows customers to create a profile that helps the hotel tune into the customers needs. Everything from the type of pillow they like to the view from their room is covered under the program. Choice Hotels will also double points between now and the end of the month as part of their fast track program.
