According to some new reports, starting July 15th, Flybe will be launching its newest service between London’s Gatwick Airport and Nantes. Apparently this route is suppose to run six times a week. As of now the plan is for the flights to depart Gatwick at 12:25pm and arrive in Nantes at 2:50pm.

The return flights are set up on a bit of a different schedule. Apparently these flights are going to leave Nantes at 3:30pm and arrive at Gatwick airport around 3:55pm. These schedules are designed to be as helpful to the most amount of people as possible. Although there are a number of different time slots that the airline could have used, they chose these based on the thought that these time slots should be the most appealing to the vast majority of the public.

The chief commercial officer of Flybe, Mike Rutter, said that they have an enviable reputation for serving regional France. This new route linking London Gatwick with Nantes just goes on to demonstrate the companies ongoing commitment to expanding their network and to providing innovation. The company wants to provide the best quality travel options to key destinations.

Nantes was chosen due to the fact that it is actually the sixth largest city in all of France. Thus, it is a very popular destination for people all over Europe, as well as other countries around the world. Flybe is also going to launch flights from London Gatwick to Limoges starting July 13th. Thus, it appears that Flybe will now start to expand once again. More new routes are likely to be announced soon.
