Although the economy is picking back up this year, it seems that UK holidaymakers are once again looking to take part in staycations.

One of the reasons why places like Haven Holidays have already been reporting great increases in reservations is due to the fact that UK travelers can choose to go to these areas for much less than what they would have to pay to travel aboard. Some experts have been pointing out that the pound has been increasing in value. Which does mean that UK travelers’ hard earn money will last longer abroad this year than it did last year. However, even with this increase in the pound, UK travelers are still reluctant to start traveling just yet. Thus, experts go on to say that it looks like it’s going to be yet another year of “staycations.”
