London Gets Opening Date for Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel

It now seems that London’s biggest new hotel opening in more than a decade will be taking place February of next year. The £350 million Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel will have a soft opening on February 4^th with room rates starting at just £99.

This stunning new hotel has 1,021 rooms, which does include 54 suites and penthouses. The hotel is also fitted with the second largest ballroom space in all of London after the Marriott Grosvenor House. The ballroom can accommodate 1,000 people for dinner. The February opening of the hotel will offer limited availability while the property finishes work on its spa, swimming pool, and gym area.

The Chairman of Park Plaza Hotels, Eli Papouchado, said that they will be unveiling a spectacular new hotel that offers all the hallmarks of the Park Plaza Hotels and Resorts brand. This includes contemporary design, modern facilities and warm, engaging services. All of this is now available for people living in London and people visiting London to enjoy.

This hotel marks the third Park Plaza to open on the South Bank. Although it may be the third one to open, this hotel is, by far, the biggest one yet. It has six restaurants a business lounge and 31 meeting rooms. Thus, this is one hotel that has a little bit of something for everyone. Although not everything will be up and running on February 4^th, it’s the perfect chance for people to stay at this hotel before the prices go up. After all, this may be a great hotel, but it could end up being out of some peoples’ price range.
