One of the greatest things about visiting Nykoping is that you not only have access to some of the most beautiful pieces of architecture in the world, you also get to see some of nature’s most beautiful sights. Indeed, Nykoping is a great place for Nature Lovers. There are a number of lakes around Nykoping which you can reach by car. These lakes are Yngaren, Baven, and Langhalsen. They’re great places to go fishing or to go on picnics. It’s a wonderful place to take the whole family. However, if you want to go somewhere with a majestic piece of architecture, then get a car rental. Budget car rentals are available in the internet through the sites of Europcar, Avis, Nova, and Budget. If you haven’t been able to book a car rental though, you can always avail of a car rental in Nykoping airport and drive about 11 kilometers north of Uppsa-Kulle. There, you’ll find the Ludgo Church. The Ludgo Church houses an altar made by Burchard Precht. It also has two beautiful 15th century sculptures that were brought to Nykoping from Western Europe. It’s a great place to take some nice pictures. It’s also a great sample of Medieval architecture so architecture buffs are sure to love it.
